SwapVerse is a web platform that offers services focused on the cryptocurrency market, including, but not limited to:

• aggregation of quotes for cryptocurrency swaps through decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and centralized exchanges (CEXs);
• operations involving Depix;
• generation of payment links related to crypto asset operations.

SwapVerse acts exclusively as a technological intermediary and is not an exchange, broker, financial institution, custodian, or digital wallet.

SwapVerse connects users to third-party service providers ("Partners"), responsible for the effective execution of transactions. The user acknowledges and agrees that:

• all operations are executed directly by the Partners;
• SwapVerse does not control, audit, validate, or guarantee the services provided by third parties;
• the terms, policies, and conditions of the Partners may also apply to operations performed by the user.

SwapVerse does not perform asset custody, does not maintain user balances, does not store private keys, and does not have control over funds at any stage of the transaction.

3.1 Cryptocurrency Swap

SwapVerse does not require KYC for swap operations. However, Partners may, at their sole discretion, request identity verification if they identify suspicious activities or to comply with their own regulatory requirements, without prior notice.

3.2 Depix Operations

• Operations of up to R$ 500.00 (five hundred reais) per day can be performed without identification. If the user wishes to operate higher amounts, it will be necessary to provide the CPF for the generation of an identified PIX.
• For the generation of payment links, a low-KYC process is required.
• SwapVerse reserves the right to request additional information whenever necessary to comply with legal, regulatory obligations, or to prevent illicit activities.

3.3 Fraud Prevention and Misuse

Any attempts at fraud, manipulation, misuse of the Platform, or involvement in illicit activities will be rigorously analyzed. SwapVerse may:

• investigate suspicious behavior;
• record information related to fraud attempts in its internal security systems;
• share relevant information with partners, service providers, and P2P platforms when necessary for mutual ecosystem protection;
• adopt all applicable legal measures, including communication to competent authorities, when applicable.

For security purposes, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and compliance with legal obligations, SwapVerse collects and stores minimal technical and registration data, including:

• IP address;
• browser data (user-agent);
• access and transaction logs;
• in specific cases, CPF or low-KYC information.

The Platform uses analytics tools for usage and performance analysis.

Data is not shared with third parties, except when required by law or to comply with regulatory obligations.

SwapVerse does not perform automatic reporting of operations to the Federal Revenue Service or any tax authority, being the user's responsibility to declare their operations, when applicable, in accordance with current legislation.

The use of the Platform is permitted to anyone, provided that the user:

• complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction;
• uses the Platform lawfully and ethically.

The use of SwapVerse is expressly prohibited for:

• illegal activities;
• money laundering;
• terrorism financing;
• fraud, scams, or attempts to manipulate the Platform.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate suspension of access, blocking of operations, and communication to competent authorities, without the need for prior notice.

The user acknowledges that the cryptocurrency market involves significant risks, including price volatility, technical failures, network delays, and operational errors. SwapVerse is not responsible for:

• losses resulting from market fluctuations;
• technical failures of Partners or blockchain networks;
• errors committed by the user, including sending to incorrect addresses or incorrect amounts;
• cyber attacks or security incidents beyond its reasonable control;
• misuse of the Platform by third parties.

The user is fully responsible for protecting their access credentials and for all activities performed through their account or use of the Platform.

SwapVerse acts exclusively as a technological intermediary and has no control over the services provided by Partners. The user agrees that:

• the execution of operations depends exclusively on the Partners;
• SwapVerse does not offer guarantees regarding availability, performance, or results of these services;
• any disputes related to the execution of transactions must be handled directly with the responsible Partner.

SwapVerse may, at its sole discretion, suspend or block user access, with or without prior notice, in cases of:

• violation of these Terms;
• suspicion of illicit activities;
• risk to the security of the Platform, other users, or third parties.

These Terms may be updated periodically. It is the user's responsibility to review this document regularly to stay informed about any changes.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
