SwapVerse — KYC & AML Policy

Last updated: January 14, 2026

SwapVerse is a fully non-custodial platform that operates solely as a technological bridge between users and partner exchanges. We do not receive, store, or move funds at any stage of the process. Our role is limited to connecting you with the partner that will execute the swap. Some partners may apply additional verification checks depending on their own internal policies. Below, we explain how this works in the SwapVerse ecosystem.

Partner-Driven KYC Requests

  • SwapVerse does not conduct its own KYC and does not collect identity documents from users.
  • However, partner exchanges may require identity verification at their sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • These requests may occur due to the partner's internal compliance procedures, anti-fraud measures, or any additional validation they consider necessary before completing a transaction.
  • Because each partner follows independent rules, SwapVerse cannot predict when or if KYC will be required. All verification requirements are determined exclusively by the selected partner.

We strongly recommend that users review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of the chosen service provider to understand their specific requirements.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

  • SwapVerse does not perform its own AML screening.
  • However, partner exchanges may review transactions, apply risk filters, and block operations they consider suspicious based on their internal policies.

If required, SwapVerse may cooperate with lawful authorities only upon receipt of a valid court order.

Data Collected by SwapVerse

Although we do not conduct identity verification, we collect basic technical information for security purposes, fraud prevention, and platform integrity:

  • IP address
  • User agent (browser/device)
  • Receiving address provided by the user

We also use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and enhance the platform experience.

This information is not used to verify user identity; it is solely for security, stability, and performance monitoring.

Responsibility and Transparency

Because SwapVerse is non-custodial and does not handle funds:

  • we cannot perform verification before a partner processes a swap;
  • we do not control partner-level compliance decisions;
  • we cannot guarantee that a transaction will or will not require verification;
  • we cannot anticipate blocks, limits, or refusals imposed by partner services.

Our commitment is to provide the best available route across partner exchanges while operating transparently and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
